Club Administration Committee Oversees the club meeting arrangments by providing the most effective club meeting possible. Directory Membership Growth and Education Committee
Fundraising Develops a budget for the club's administrative and project funds with the cooperation of all club committees and to be approved by the board by the beginning of each administrative year. To facilitate the project fund, the committee develops and administers the needed fundraising project(s) with which the club funds its service initiatives. House/Setup for Meetings Club Administration
Human and Spiritual Values Committee Focuses on issues involving ethics, values and family. Projects may involve planning a community Sabbath for children and families, conducting ethics seminars for businesses and students, or sponsoring values-development convocations for schools. Membership Growth and Education Committee Oversees all aspects of membership development: annual assessment of club quality as outlined in the Club President's Guidebook; ongoing recruitment of members; review of membership proposals and submission of recommendations to the club's board of directors. The committee devises effective plans for the new member orientation and induction and recommends changes in club operations to keep all members involved in club activities. Pancake Breakfast Finance and Fundraising Committee
Public Relations Committee Works to ensure adequate recognition for each member's contributions to the club (internal and public relations) and to obtain public recognition for the club's service activities, elections, anniversaries and annual Kiwanis observances by providing the news media with news releases and story suggestions throughout the year (external public relations). The committee ensures that the club and its members utilize Kiwanis road signs, insignia, posters, billboards and public service announcements available from Kiwanis International to enhance the club's visibility in the community. Special Meals for Events Club Administration
Sponsored Youth Committee Establishes K-Kids Clubs, Builders Clubs, Key Clubs, Circle K Clubs and Aktion Clubs in schools. Committee members also offer assistance to these clubs to ensure successful project implementation: they actively participate in sponsored youth club meetings and projects. Youth Donations Youth Services Receives and reviews all requests for youth donations.
Youth Services Committee Researches and implements projects that serve youth, ages six and above. Areas of concern include social and interactive needs of youth, development of self-esteem and character, career guidance and funding of education. Conducts needs assessments within community and implements projects based on the discovered needs, to help young children, prenatal through age five. Projects focus on safety and pediatric trauma, maternal and infant health, child care and development, and parent education and support. The Worldwide Service Project (WSP) is the primary project under the umbrella of leadership, disseminating campaign information to the club membership, developing the club campaign and organizing WSP fundraisers.
